I've been using this premium silicone scar and wrinkle-reducing gel for two weeks now, 2-3 times a day, and I can say I've definitely seen improvement. The overall color of the scars has lightened, and some have even disappeared completely. This is my first time treating scars, and some of them have been there for years. I estimate its effectiveness may diminish over time, but I will continue using it until I finish the recommended 60-day course or run out of the gel. I estimate it still has at least 60% effect left. I'm giving it five stars not because I think it's the best product, nor because my scars have completely disappeared, but because I believe it has at least effectively faded the scars.
